PROFILE: Launch is a caring and inquisitive character that seeks answers to Cyvertron's problems in the stars. He has the ability to analyze and translate just about every recorded language. Using this database he can also create an adaptive translation of languages not on file. He is the one who has the privledge of landing on worlds while his partner, Booster Blast, waits in orbit.

ABILITIES: Can combine with Booster Blast to form Quantex. Carries two compression blasters, normally set so that they will only force a target away.  Can fly at Mach 7 with a range of 200 miles.

WEAKNESS: Launch is a researcher, not a fighter. Sometimes he discovers items on worlds that would be hightly valuable to the Decepticons. Is most vulerable while on a planet where Booster Blast cannot combine with him.
